Cardiff game too soon.

Robert Earnshaw will not be fit in time for the Game this weekend against his former club Cardiff City due to his calf injury and is a big blow to him because of his cult hero status in wales and especially with the bluebirds fans.The game is probably a few days too soon but Earnie is hoping to get some more training in the aim to be ready for next weeks game

Earnshaw on calf injury

Robert Earnshaw got injured while on international duty training with Wales on 8th october before the world cup qualifier against Finland.Earnie flew back to get treatment on a strained calf and is expected to be out for a week to 10 days.

First win of season

Nottingham Forest got their first League win of the season against local rivals Derby County.

Nottingham Forest dominated the first half with some excellent football, putting three goals past an ineffective Derby defence.

It was a different Derby side that came out after the break and two quick goals put them right back into the game.It remained tense right up to the final whistle as Forest lost their composure, but hung on to take all three points.
